When switching between desktops, the window list on the bottom panel
remains the same. Clicking the links take me back to the program on the
first desktop. Sometimes the top panel disappears entirely as well.
Meanwhile, the Desktop Switcher always displays me at the first desktop,
regardless of what desktop I'm actually at. My "Window List Content" is
set to show windows from current workspace only, to clarify.
