@Mark Steadman: Open -> Opens a document is more correct, Because the "Open" verb needs to be treated as a noun , since we are describing the verb. But there is *no* Open in the Startup Applications, rather only names of apps/daemons. Also simply expanding a name> Long name , wouldnt be a description.
