ok, i think the problem is with annatel the sip provider..

I made a change to the internet provider (trigger the port) and by now 
it seems ok, but it's not a good solution, because, i can use ekiga on 1 
computer that's all, we have 2 computers to use it, and with this 
triggering it's over.

Then my solution is to use twinkle, because it works perfectly with FREE 
a french internet IP provider..

call, I had to close ekiga and restart it...
