You have been subscribed to a public bug: This problem appears to involve three elements;
while using Ubuntu (does not happen if Windows is the OS) while saving files using OpenOffice native formats (e.g. odt -- does not happen if openoffice saves a "doc") and when the file is stored on jungledisk (a remote disk mounted over the network, see www.jungledisk.com) the file becomes corrupted. It is easy to replicate. Create an odt file locally, copy it to jungledisk, open it (should work fine), make some modifications, save, then try to reopen -- it's ruined. Really ruined. Anybody seen this? Any ideas? ** Affects: gvfs (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- openoffice file corruption when using jungledisk https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/411248 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gvfs in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
