I'll download the alpha 4 CD of Karmic and try this out using the live CD since I don't really have the space to install a test version on my computer and it would be foolish for me to try and upgrade my stable OS to Karmic at this point.
At this point I've more or less given up on gst-launch0.10 for ripping DVDs and have moved to mencoder using a script to manage all the various command-line options. However, as I'm a developer by profession I understand the desire to see reported bugs fixed and get their proper testing. I'll comment again when I get a chance to test out a DVD rip with the latest gst-launch using Karmic Koala. -- gst-launch-0.10 crashes with SIGSEGV in libgstdvdread.so in cur_title_get_chapter_bounds https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/283176 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gstreamer0.10 in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
