Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

When I use Rythmbox, the first song gets played fine. For every
subsequent song, Rhythmbox tries to play the song, encounters an error,
shows the error icon in the song list, and tries to play the next song,
which also generates an error, and so on until I stop the program. Once
I start a new instance of Rhythmbox, I can play another song. This
happens with both the esdsink and the alsasink audio sinks.

Rhythmbox output:

`filename != NULL' failed
