There is thousand of bugs open every month and only a small number of
people working on triaging those so it can take a while to get a reply
and not all bugs will be looked at or worked, this one is a minor issue
and could be hardware specific it's not likely to be changed in hardy,
the lts means that you get important bug fixes and security fixes not
that every issue is being worked
