Binary package hint: gnome-system-tools

This issue can also be reproduce in the latest/updated Karmic beta.

Issue:
Going to Users and Groups, I am not able to see the system groups there.

Here is the steps to confirm the issue:
1. Going to System> Administration> Users and Groups
2.Unlock the menu
3. Click on Manage Groups
4. Only see user groups (root and the current user(s)).
