Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gdm

Steps to reproduce (I think):

1. Boot and login
2. Log out
3. Open the accessibility dialog by clicking the relevant icon in the lower
right corner.
4. Click the first option (something about better contrast).
5. Click it again

Expected result:
Theme is reverted to previous (HumanLogin)

Actual result:
Theme is set to whatever was used by your session. Further toggling of the
checkbox just toggles between this and the accessibility theme.

Maybe relevant:
I have uninstalled the accessibility themes.
