Oh, I didn't know you could even do that. It wasn't mentioned in the Evince Document Viewer Manual (as far as I could tell). Also, removing an accidentally assigned shortcut is not intuitive. When the View menu appeared like this:
Toolbar X Side Pane F9 I highlighted "Toolbar" and tried ESC and SPACE. ESC exited the menu and SPACE scrolled the document. Then I found that it was way too easy to accidentally remove another function's shortcut key (eg. you could clear all the shortcuts in the View menu by pressing F5 F9 F11). I eventually found that BACKSPACE was what I was looking for, and that I could find the defaults in the manual if I accidentally cleared them, but I consider this a bug since none of it is not mentioned in the manual... -- Find bar rejects letter "x"; toggles toolbar instead https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/461190 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is a bug assignee. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
