Hello Sebastien, on my system the bug is reproducible.
Like is said in the bug report, you only have to open rhythmbox and start to open a Internet-Radio-Stream. In this case rhythmbox won't start the stream. Sometimes it even crashes. When you open rhythmbox and play a song of the library before you start the stream. The stream will work. So, there's only the problem when you start a stream when you played nothing before. InternetRadio is the first action of playing something. I hope this description helps.
