I fixed this by moving the cables.  The problem with just dragging the
panels to the right monitor is that after logging in the next time the
panel applets get unsorted and don't stay right aligned and I have to
move them.  And when one of them shrink, when there's no weather update
I have to move the applets left to the clock (indicator and notification
applets).  It's the same if i have less icons in the notification area.
I had to remove ~/.gconf/apps/panel to reset my configuration.  I think
this only happen when the monitor where the panels first get created is
smaller than the screen you move them to. I'll report this upstream when
I have time.
