Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-panel
Using the program http://files.gokgs.com/javaBin/cgoban.jnlp , whenever I open a file dialog (eg save as during a match or something similar) the window from where the dialog was opened, disappears from the gnome- panel. You can alt-tab to the window and minimise it to have it show again on the taskbar.
