My problem wasn't really gone even for a while, sorry for misinformation - I just forgot that I added compiz --replace and nautilus commands to Startup Applications manually... I disabled them and logged to xterm session; log file attached.
Don't worry about these "Connection failed, reconnecting..." warnings - they are caused by the fact that I purged PulseAudio completely.
