Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: nautilus

If I insert a non-empty DVD+RW, then right click its icon and select
Umount, the icon diapperas from desktop.

If I then open "Places/Computer and right click the DVD icon, there is
no "Blank Disc..." item in its context menu.

To blank the disk, I must mount it first. That is illogical and
unnecessary.

Additionally:
 - if I right click the DVD icon and select Mount, the mount item in the menu
changes to Unmount, but the Blank Disc... item does not return, until I close
and reopen the Computer window.
