Public bug reported:
The size of the scalable icons in this theme are 128x128, but the Size
field in the index.theme is set to 48px.
Also, I notice that the icon theme priority is currently Human,
Tangerine, Tango, Gnome. I think it would be better for it to be Human,
Tangerine, Gnome, Tango. Gnome-icon-theme 2.16 has been restyled in the
Tango guidelines, so it should be in front of Tango.
