It's difficult to say if those existing bugs are the same bug or not
(there's not really enough information to say if they are). I can't
reproduce the issue with the example files on those bug reports either,
so they might be obsolete now. Generally, it's better to open your own
report rather than piggy-back on to someone else's, unless you're
absolutely sure that you're experiencing the same bug.
Upstream will need an example file attached to the bug report. Without
that, it will be very difficult for anyone to help you.
