Howdy Claude! Sorry for inconvenience, but assigning bugs to the respective translators teams is a standard procedure dealing with bugs against Ubuntu translations. As for gnome-games, a package in main, translations will be updated during every language pack update, so you can just fix it on Launchpad and turn the status of this bug to Fix committed. When new language packs available, there will be announcement at ubuntu-translators mailing list. AFAIK, there might be an update for Karmic at the same time while 8.04.4 being out.
