I think this is two separate bugs, and in comment #2 Pedro is talking about the second bug, which is the one with the audio. I get that too under Karmic.
The first bug (the one with the video, which is shown in the Capture-9.png screenshot) is a regression from Karmic. In Karmic the video plays back embedded in Firefox. Good movie that one, too :) Uname: Linux 2.6.31-17-generic i686 Package: totem 2.28.2-0ubuntu3 Check Firefox's Edit -> Preferences -> Applications list and make sure that the "QuickTime video" content type has it's Action set to "Use QuickTime Plug-in 7.2.0 (in Firefox)".
