Ok, tested with TwinView and it works. So same two screens and same resolution (1680x1050, 1920x1080) on both configurations - separate X screens crashes nautilus while TwinView doesn't.
Please let me know if I can provide any more informations. And btw, I'm a programmer so I don't have any problems applying a patch and rebuilding nautilus.
