Doris, if you could, we would like to gather some more data. Can you please run the following command in the terminal twice (once before inserting a CD, and once after inserting a CD):
gvfs-mount -li After running the command before and after inserting a CD, do the "Select All", then "Copy" just like you did for the previous command. Then open Gedit and "Paste" the information and save the text file. You can then upload that file to this bug report. Note that it might be that nothing prints from those commands.
