You reported this bug against empathy 2.29.4 can you please update to
2.29.90 and try to call the contact if that does not work then in help
menu click on debug and select butterfly there and try to make the call
to the msn contact and when the call does not happen click on hang up
button and save the debug to a file by clicking on save button.
