Hmm, it's not fixed now, but if someone have to or want to activate the toolbar again (due unknow reasons), he/she can go into the configuration editor to "/apps/baobab/ui" and turn on "toolbar_visible", that'll activate the toolbar again. Just a meanwhile solution.
