I have the same error: I downloaded the opera browser to test (I rather prefer an open source browser) from the opera-website in Firefox.
I chose "open with GDebi Package installer" for the opera_10.10.4742.gcc4.qt3_i386.deb file, and not "save file.." after a while, the package installer said, "file not found anymore" or something like that After that I got the nautilus problems.
