To get the log that was requested, do the following: 1. Close Rhythmbox 2. Open terminal and type rhythmbox --debug &> rhythmbox-debug.txt 3. Now try to reproduce the problem. 4. Go to Places > Home and you'll find a rhythmbox-debug.txt file, attach that to the bug.
