@Draycen - I've been scratching my head trying to work out the cause of this bug.
Do you have an ideas about what might be corrupted, to cause this problem? Is there a particular config file in ~/home that I can try recreating to see if I can fix it? Or is there a particular process/daemon that needs to start, to make the gnome-panel load? Or anything else I can look at to perhaps get some clues? (feel free to go all "technical" on me at this point, if it helps!)
