Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: f-spot

The export to PicasaWeb fails as soon as the first image is uploaded,
but before the second start, with the error:

Error Uploading To Gallery: The remote server returned an error: (400)
Bad Request.

If I uncheck "Export Tags" when selecting the options to export, the
export completes without errors.
