I'm sorry it's taken me a few days to answer you on this.  I had to
borrow a machine to do the testing on.  (I don't want to use my own
laptop for testing, as I need it in my work almost 24/7.)

The problem is the same in Ubuntu 10.04 (32 bit version at least.)
Rythmbox regards the FLAC image as one long track, and is not able to
utilise the embedded information to jump from track to track within
the FLAC image.
I honestly don't know what log -if any- to send you.  In part I'm not
that well versed in the file structure (yet, but working on it) and in
part I seriously doubt Rythmbox will have reported anything, as it
thinks this is a normal FLAC track.

Let me know if there are mors tests you want done.
