Vinod, I haveopened an upstream bug report for you. Did you try to reproduce this bug in Lucid beta1 Live cd. If you do so I should tell you that there is a bug in beta1 so when you create an account in empathy it will be created successfully but you will get an error so when you get that error quit empathy and start it after 3minutes and then you should be able to connect.
