Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gdm
1. Boot into regular Lucid UNE 2. Go to System > Administration > Login Screen 3. Unlock the application 4. Select "Login as <my username> automatically" and click Close 5. Restart 6. System skips login and boots into Lucid Desktop (no UNE) If I change the Login Screen setting back to "Show the screen for choosing who will log in" it still boots me into Lucid Desktop (no UNE). No way to get back to the UNE interface. ** Affects: gdm (Ubuntu) Importance: High Assignee: Canonical Desktop Team (canonical-desktop-team) Status: New ** Changed in: gdm (Ubuntu) Assignee: (unassigned) => Canonical Desktop Team (canonical-desktop-team) -- Enabling auto-login in UNE restarts into the regular desktop https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/548417 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gdm in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
