Public bug reported: The Network Monitor applet doesn't use the theme background when the panel it's on is set to use the theme colour. It's fine when the colour is set explicitly.
I've attached a partial screenshot: I expected the background of the applet to match the surrounding panel. I'm using the Dust theme with Ubuntu-Mono-Dark icons.
