Hi everybody this not only happens with su or sudo it also happened at other times example working through how-to and at other times. my terminal as informed me to send in a bug report twice this evening:
Report bugs to cjwat...@debian.org. but if i launch a new terminal tab i can carry on as long as i don't ask it to do the same task. Sorry guys another newbie. P.S: i was looking at ways to repair my installation until i found out it was nothing i have done.
