Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: nautilus

When I try to open some programs with wine (right click + open with
wine), nautilus claims that it is not marked as executable.

After having marked it as such - right click on file, properties,
permissions, allow executing file as program -, and trying again to
execute the file with wine, nautilus keeps saying that the file is not
marked as executable.

I can however execute the program from the command line.
