It's unimportant where I copy them, I tried to duplicate them, and also to copy them to and from an external harddisk. Duplicating is the wort case. I forogot to mention the fact, that the problem exits only if you work with big files. Try for example to extract a 10Gb archiv (right word? Sth like a *.rar or *.tgz file) and then to duplicate it in the same hard drive. Working during this operations wont be possible.
