I have more accounts than that. I have had trouble in the past signing in, and creating a new account would seem to work for a little while. But that's a whole different issue. Echo test now works for me.
I feel silly that this entire time I have had such an easy to solve problem. Can I suggest that we have an obvious error message when a call fails? Possibly a popup window saying "User <username> is not registered. Please ensure username and password are correct."
