Hello there! I am using Lucid Beta 2 (System Monitor says "Release 10.04 (lucid) Kernel Linux 2.6.32-21-generic GNOME 2.30.0) and even I get the same error message while trying to play a *.avi file. Other *.avi files still open. Even VLC is unable to open it. Attached is the totem-debug.txt file which I got from my home directory after running the command 'totem --debug &> totem-debug.txt;' in the terminal. I am not sure if it is a problem with the file or codecs.
