Keeping this incomplete for now as upstream bug was I think mistakenly
marked duplicate. Will change status here once the upstream bug is
unduplicated.

** Summary changed:

- Unable to block msn contacts
+ Provide ability to block a contact

** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: empathy

- Basic privacy feature of blocking contacts is not available. That so
- basic feature could not be missing on the default IM on a desktop
- environment, and if it is the LTS it's just insane!
+ There comes some situations when you dont actually want to go offline
+ but only want to block a certain contact from sending you a message.
+ Pidgin have this feature (I think) it would be great to have this
+ feature in Empathy
