I have the same problem in lucid version of Ubuntu. I have mounted samba shares and after resume from hibernation to disk, I cannot run Nautilus. If I try hibernation and resume without delay, it works ok, but if the time between hibernation and resume is much longer (from evening to morning next day, for example) nautilus doesn't work again. :-(
