gnome-power-manager: Installed: 2.30.0-0ubuntu1 Candidate: 2.30.0-0ubuntu1 Version table: *** 2.30.0-0ubuntu1 0 500 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ lucid/main Packages 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status ** Description changed: Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager I have installed Ubuntu 10.04 (clean install, but with old /home directory), and discovered the following bug: Clicking battery icon in indicator-applet menu when laptop is running on its battery shows only remaining work time but not remaining battery percentage. But, if laptop is running on electrical network, battery percentage shows up. Also, right after disconnecting laptop from electricity percentage is showing up for some time, but soon disappears. Percentage indicator in gkrellm works normally in both cases. Trying to set up a clean user doesn't solve the problem. laptop - Dell inspiron 1525 - gnome-power-manager: - Установлен: 2.30.0-0ubuntu1 - Кандидат: 2.30.0-0ubuntu1 - Таблица версий: - *** 2.30.0-0ubuntu1 0 - 500 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ lucid/main Packages - 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status - + Installed: 2.30.0-0ubuntu1 + Candidate: 2.30.0-0ubuntu1 + Version table: + *** 2.30.0-0ubuntu1 0 + 500 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ lucid/main Packages + 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status indicator-applet: - Установлен: 0.3.6-0ubuntu2 - Кандидат: 0.3.6-0ubuntu2 - Таблица версий: - *** 0.3.6-0ubuntu2 0 - 500 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ lucid/main Packages - 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status + Installed: 0.3.6-0ubuntu2 + Candidate: 0.3.6-0ubuntu2 + Version table: + *** 0.3.6-0ubuntu2 0 + 500 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ lucid/main Packages + 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status -- Battery indicator doesn't show percentage https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/573460 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-power-manager in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
