Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

Have power manager set to dim screen when on battery but it only dims it
to about 1/3 of the possible. It is perfectly usable on full-dim so I
would like to be able to set the level which it should dim to using a
slider in the power manager interface.
