I think that somehow, Empathy, or the combination of Empathy and the MSN network rejected my password. I was able to access the MSN messenger service through aMSN, for example, and Pidgin too, without any problems.
The problem dissapeared when i changed my password from a long one (17 characters) to a shorter one (just 11 characters). I am now able to access the MSN messenger service with Empathy in Ubuntu 9.10, so If you have a long password, you may want to try something similar. I don't know where or how should I report these things. I'm a noob and this is my first bug report ever. 2010/5/6 Chris Pare <cp...@cfl.rr.com> > Is there an update on this bug?
