As a business user this would be critical for rolling out to more desktops here. I even forget that when I hit 'X' it shuts down. This just doesn't make sense. Why have an alert for new email that doesn't work when I close the application? This really needs to be like Pidgin, Pandora, Rythmbox, etc.
