I'm unable to change the passphrase for my Private PGP Key.

When i click the "Change Passphrase" button, there ase some screens flashing
along (unreadable due to speed),
and ends with the with an error-dialog with the message: "This was the third
time you entered a wrong password. Please try again."

What i expected is that when a wrong password get's entered, I get the
chance to enter it myself manually.

- As a result of this, i'm also unable to send signed or encrypted mail in
- evolution.
