Thanks for taking time to report this bug and helping to make ubuntu
better. Can you please open start a chat with msn contact and then open
Help>debug there select butterfly click 'clear' and continue chatting
when the problem occurs please click on the save button in the debug
window before quitting empathy so that the logs are saved to a text file
and then attach that file here.
