I got problem with this aswell. MOSTLY when im trying to connect to a windows share it says:
"DBus error org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: Message did not receive a reply (timeout by message bus)". Allthough i sometimes am able to connect to my windows computer, i can only open up 1 out of 3 shared folders. And i got privileges on all of 3 shared folders. Trying to open a share that wont, i got the same error msg again. I've doublechecked, reinstalled, reconfigured settings over and over, wont help. Would be nice if this bug could be looked into once again, it's abit frustating. I'm on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS - Lucid Lynx. Using Samba version 3.4.7.
