Under Lucid, Rhythmbox selects your home dir as the default, and then it starts rummaging through all your billions of non-music files flagging them as "Import Errors" - how about holding your horses and waiting for instructions from the user, eh? Who exactly gave you permission to rampage through my file system looking for music!?? Crazy behaviour...
