Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: vinagre

if I specify u...@host in 'use host as ssh tunnel', I get the following
messages:
vinagre   --gtk-vnc-debug
gtk-vnc: Expose 0x0 @ 1472,772
gtk-vnc: Started background coroutine
gtk-vnc: Resolving host localhost 5599
gtk-vnc: Trying socket 22
gtk-vnc: Protocol initialization
gtk-vnc: Closing the connection: gvnc_read() - ret=0
gtk-vnc: Error while getting server version
gtk-vnc: Doing final VNC cleanup
gtk-vnc: Requesting that VNC close
gtk-vnc: Requesting that VNC close
gtk-vnc: Releasing VNC widget

and a 'connection closed'. If I omit the username, I get a prompt for an ssh
password, but with the wrong user for the remote machine. (Which is also
running ubuntu 10.4).
