I'm noticing a problem that could be the same as the one mentioned here.
Sometimes when I pause a song, it keeps playing even though Rhythmbox
says it's paused. The only way to stop it that I've found is to close
Rhythmbox.

I'm seeing the problem with a few mp3 files I have. Most seem to work
properly, but some refuse to pause.

It only happens when crossfading is enabled. The problematic files
pause properly when I disable crossfading.

I've attached a log of a reproduction of the problem. I opened a song,
pressed play, and pressed pause a few seconds later. The title bar
changed to say "test.mp3 (Paused)", but it continued to play.
