I ran into this problem today, however my first cd copy worked fine, second copy worked fine, then the third one displayed the message "All required applications and libraries are not installed. Please install the following manually and try again:." The source disc wasn't changed, however the following packages were installed from before the third attempt failed:

These are stable updates. I tried running brasero with --brasero-burn-debug and saved the ouput (attached).
