Public bug reported: Binary package hint: nautilus
When I open Nautilus and then close the (only) window, Nautilus remains in the process table consuming memory. The process remains spawned off the gnome-session process for the user that initiated it, and seems to sit there forever instead of closing and releasing the memory for other uses. The ~190MiB that Nautilus consumes for each user that may have spawned it is not trivial for a program that is not running.
